Mainland Arms and Militaria presents annual Living History Shows in Christchurch featuring a wide range of items for sale, collectors displays plus promotional information from collecting, sporting and shooting clubs.

We, like you, want to remember and respect the sacrifice our forebears gave to the military and pioneer/early history of NZ. All sellers and displayers who attend the Show benefit (be it financially, with items for their collection or the adding of knowledge) and collectively we positively and constructively inform the public of our interest in history via our legitimate recreational activities.

The extensive range of antique through to modern items for sale or display includes firearms, bayonets, swords, militaria, medals, badges, models, hunting, fishing, books and scale models.

Attendees will be amazed by the quality of items on display.

At the Shows we will selling Ian Skennerton’s books and the new direction DVDs/CDs including the Small Arms Series Live (#1 .303 SMLE, #2 No4 and No5, #3 SLR the FAl, #4 Full On Full Auto 1 British & US Machine Guns, #5 Full On Full Auto 2. German & Combloc MG’s) which will be playing on the TV screens.
